Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for booking at Homey Properties. We appreciate the fact that you chose to book your stay at our property. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experienceduring and after your stay.

As with any experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Homey Properties. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Homey Properties, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Homey Properties’s Privacy Policy.

If you didn't like your stay, you will be unable to issue a refund for your reservation.

Refunds

We at Homey Properties commit ourselves to providing our customers with the best comfort and amenities. Every single property that you choose is thoroughly inspected, equipped with luxury and organized with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our property. We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care.

⁃Security Deposit are refundable upon checkout to the original form of payment ( subject to inspection of property) . If damages are incurred, deductions will be made from the Security deposit

⁃We DO NOT refund for past reservations made online or in person
